Just a reminder... This year, during the information sessions, we gave little slips of paper for students to distribute to friends and family to put in the Western Wall (or the Kotel). These slips of paper were a chance to put a note or wish in the wall, as is the custom.
Obviously, the slips of paper aren't the important part (if you lost or forgot the actual slip we gave you). It's about writing down your hopes and dreams and wishes. I encourage you to do so before we depart. Participants should collect these slips on behalf of their families, also.
The process is a great way to visualize your goals, no matter how big or small. It's something to strive for.
It's also has significant meaning for the Jewish people. It's a group tradition we all share.
Something to think about. What's your hope, wish, or dream?
Brian
